How we spend this time is up to you! These check-ins are tailored to fit the specific needs of each client and will depend largely on the issues your organization faces. For example, we might problem-solve a specific issue, review data, project plan a new HR initiative, or write talking points for an important employee meeting. If you’re newer to the role and not quite sure what types of things you should be thinking about, I have a scope and sequence we can follow for these check-ins. 

The extra three hours per month is for you to decide how to best use it! This doesn’t include creating content or any deliverables from scratch, but does include reviewing and providing feedback on existing materials. Clients have used this time for things like reviewing talking points, editing employee communications, and giving feedback on a policy document. 

This package includes urgent employee issues that are unforeseen and can’t wait until our next check-in to be resolved. For example, a client might use this package for immediate support related to an HR investigation, employee communications after a high-profile termination, or managing staff in the midst of a natural disaster. 

This service is best suited for:

          • HR and talent leaders who are the only functional expert at their organization
          • HR leaders who want a thought partner or “second pair of eyes” for sensitive employee issues
          • Newer HR leaders who want guidance through tricky issues alongside strategic planning support
          • Principals of independent schools who do not have HR or talent support

Additionally, the Partner+ package is great for leaders who want peace of mind that in an emergency, they have on-call support from an HR expert. 

These packages don’t include the creation of any deliverables. If in our work together, we reach a point where there is additional support that’s needed, we can always move to a Fractional contract. Additionally, as I am not a lawyer, this is not legal representation.

Nope! While coaching often focuses on personal growth, strengths development, and building leadership skills, the Strategic Partner Program is about strategy and execution. This program offers a thought-partner to plan, problem-solve, and tackle the day-to-day challenges of HR/talent work. While you’ll certainly grow and build knowledge and new skills, this program is less about guiding you toward personal insights and more about giving you the necessary tools, technical assistance, and support to effectively move your work forward.
